Terms of Service

Rampart — last updated 3 October 2026

1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any Rampart bundle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: curated bundles of configuration, documentation and integration material that help you run open-source software on your own infrastructure. Delivery is electronic. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Open-source components

The bundles integrate third-party open-source projects. Each component remains under its own licence - in all current bundles, MIT, Apache-2.0 or BSD-3-Clause. Full attribution, including pinned commits, is included as ATTRIBUTION.md.

Those licences govern your use of the components and travel with the code. Nothing here restricts or replaces them. Where these terms conflict with an applicable open-source licence as to that component, the open-source licence prevails.

4. Licence to use our material

On payment we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, modify and build upon our configuration, documentation and integration material for your own personal or commercial projects.

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute our bundle material as a competing product or template pack; publish our documentation publicly in whole or in substantial part; or remove attribution notices.

These restrictions do not apply to the upstream open-source components, which you may redistribute under their own licences.

5. No warranty on third-party software

The bundled open-source projects are provided by their respective authors "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not author, control or maintain them, and do not warrant that any component is free of defects or security vulnerabilities.

6. Support

Support is included only where a tier states it. Where included, it runs 30 days from purchase and covers configuration and integration of the bundled components. It does not extend to modifying upstream projects, hardware faults, or custom development.

7. Delivery

Bundles are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, through the course attached to your purchase. Access is permanent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, cloud costs, or production outages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

10. Contact

Questions should be directed through the contact options on our Whop storefront.
