Refund Policy
1. Digital goods
Rampart products are digital downloads delivered immediately on payment. You receive the full bundle at once.
2. Refund window
- Within 14 days of purchase, if the bundle does not work as described and we cannot resolve it with you, we will refund you in full.
- After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
- Defective or misdescribed delivery - wrong bundle or corrupted archive - we will fix it or refund you, at any time.
3. How to request
Contact us through our Whop storefront with your order identifier and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
4. What we ask first
For anything reported as not working we will ask you to run the included verify.sh and share the output. Most issues are configuration or memory capacity. You are not required to debug anything to obtain a refund within the window.
5. What is not refundable
- Change of mind after the 14-day window.
- Incompatibility with hardware you did not check against the stated requirements.
- Requests to refund open-source components, which are freely available upstream.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We would rather resolve it directly.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
