EULA
1. Grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Rampart grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy, modify and incorporate our bundle material into your own projects, including commercial and client work.
2. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense our bundle material as a standalone product or competing offering; publish our documentation publicly in whole or substantial part; represent our material as your own original work; or remove attribution notices.
3. Third-party components
The bundles integrate open-source projects licensed independently by their authors, in all current bundles under MIT, Apache-2.0 or BSD-3-Clause. Those licences govern your use of those components and are not restricted by this agreement. See ATTRIBUTION.md for the full list, licences and pinned commits.
If you redistribute any component, comply with that component's licence, including preserving its copyright and licence notices.
4. Ownership
We retain all rights in our bundle material, documentation and branding. Upstream projects retain all rights in their code. This agreement transfers a licence, not ownership.
5. Updates
Where a tier includes updates, we provide future revisions at no additional cost. Updates create no obligation to provide support or compatibility with any particular hardware or software version.
6. No warranty
The material is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The bundled open-source projects are provided by their authors on the same basis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Your rights to upstream open-source components under their own licences are unaffected.
9. Governing terms
Where this agreement conflicts with an applicable open-source licence as to a component, the open-source licence prevails for that component.
